Goal: Launch a faith-based affiliate program to replace a former multi-level marketing model and build a supportive online community for affiliates.

TriVita Wellness, headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, with additional offices in Chilliwack, British Columbia, has been a trusted name in health and wellness for over 25 years. A faith-based company rooted in Christian values, TriVita sought to transition from traditional multi-level marketing to affiliate marketing post-pandemic, aligning their mission with a new business model.

The Challenge

TriVita faced two major challenges:

  1. Transitioning to Affiliate Marketing: Shifting from a long-standing MLM model to an affiliate-based system required creating a completely new structure while retaining their values and commitment to community.
  2. Building a Faith-Centered Community: They needed a platform to support affiliates with faith-driven motivation, training, and tools in a safe and encouraging environment.
The Solution

To address these challenges, we developed Faith Forward Partners, a brand-new affiliate management and marketing program and community platform.

Our Approach Included:
  • Strategic Planning: Developed the program’s vision, business plan, and structure in collaboration with TriVita’s leadership team.
  • Brand Development: Designed Faith Forward Partners’ logo, branding, and messaging to reflect its Christian values.
  • Web Design: Built a responsive, user-friendly website that highlights the program’s benefits and encourages sign-ups.
  • Affiliate Program Design: Created a dual-management system for Faith Forward Partners and TriVita, ensuring seamless data flow and access.
  • Community Platform Creation: Launched a private training portal on Circle, offering:
    • Curated training programs (live and self-paced).
    • A community forum for engagement.
    • Custom tools, resources, rewards, and challenges.
  • Content Development: Produced video training, downloadable resources, and manuals tailored for affiliates’ success.
The Process
Discovery:

We worked closely with TriVita’s senior leadership to understand their goals, challenges, and audience needs.

Design & Development:
  • Created a cohesive brand identity and website.
  • Built the training portal within the Circle platform, integrating video content, community tools, and self-paced learning options.
Implementation:
  • Developed all training materials, including step-by-step manuals and video modules.
  • Coordinated with TriVita’s team to integrate their systems for dual management of affiliate data.
Launch:

The entire program is set to go live in early 2025, with training and resources ready for immediate affiliate engagement.

Although the program is scheduled to launch in 2025, initial feedback and metrics are promising:
